Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No Show Policy
No show appointments will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointments will forgo the service scheduled and will need to reschedule.
Service Ready Policy
please arrive prepared for your scheduled service as to ensure maximum time for each treatment. unprepared clients may experience shortened service time if skin and/or face is not properly cleaned beforehand
24 Hour Lash Loss Policy
If you are experiencing excessive lash loss (more than 20 lashes per eye) within 24 hours of your first lash set, contact us for a follow-up fill appointment, free of charge.
